Keiser (nee Smith); loving father of Dr. Mark L. Keiser and Wendy S. Tand, both of Baltimore, MD; devoted father-in-law of Beth Keiser and Glen Tand; beloved brother of the late Florence Pass, Mildred Hoffman and Evelyn Richman; loving grandfather of Andy Fink, Stephen Fink, Rachel Tand, Lauren Keiser and Lindsay Keiser.
