Funeral Of Hebrew Leader, 60, Takes Place From Home In East Baltimore
Funeral services for Wolfe Kravitz, 60 years old, who died Sunday at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, after an illness of three months, were held yesterday from his home, 2206 East Baltimore street.
He was a director and member of the Kneseth Israel Anshe Sphard synagogue, a lifelong member of the Hebrew Young Men's Sick Relief Association, the Unity Lodge. Independent Order B'rith. Abram, and several other orders.
Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Yetta Kravitz; his mother, Mrs. Bessie Kravitz; five sons, William, Nat, Phillip, Morris and Hyman Kravitz; three daughters, Mrs. Samuel Sachs and the Misses Cele and Esther Kravitz; two sisters, Mrs. A. Goldberg and Mrs. I. Fishman, and four brothers, Phillip, Jacob, Joseph and Morris Kravitz.
Burial was in the Hebrew Mount Carmel Cemetery. |
