1900 census. She is a student. The index for birth certificates in Baltimore give the date of birth as August 20, 1885, even though the 1900 census gives the month of birth as May. The parents are listed as Louis and Belle Buckner. Lydia Oliner is listed as a surviving daughter at the time of her father' death. Jewish Times, January 31, 1936 (JHS). A Mr. Joseph Oliner is recorded as paying for the upkeep or perpetual care of Lydia's brother's grave site (see entry for Harry E. Buckner).
