Myerburg, retired clothier Funeral services were held July 2 for Maurice Myerburg, who had been associated with his wife in a women's clothing store after working as a department store buyer for many years. Mr. Myerburg, who was 86 and had lived in northwest Baltimore for many years, died June 30 at the Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital after a long illness. He and his wife retired about five years ago from the women's clothing store that bore her name, Minna Myerburg. The Baltimore native had first retired nearly 20 years ago as a boys' clothing buyer for what is now Brager-Gutman's. He is survived by his wife, the former Minna Strumwater; a daughter, Joan R. Myerburg; a son, Dr. Robert J. Myerburg, of Miami, and two grandchildren.
