B.U. Graduate Student To Wed Brockton Girl Mr. and Mrs. David P. Schultz of Brockton announce the engagement of their daughter, Joanne, to Robert Frolich, son of Mrs. Louis Frolich and the late Mr. Frolich of Fall River. Miss Schultz is a junior at Russell Sage College, Troy, N.Y. Her fiance was graduated from Holderness Academy and from Norwich University and is a graduate student at Boston University. He served as a lieutenant with the Army.
