Berman - Schwartzman Announcement has been made by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Schwartzman, of 3918 Boarman avenue, of the engagement of their daughter, Miss Sylvia Beverly Schwartzman, to Mr. Allan Herbert Berman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Benedict Berman,2d, of 3733 Boarman avenue. Miss Schwartzman is a granddaughter of Mrs. Louis Frame. Mr. Berman, grandson of Mr. Benjamin Caplan, attends the University of Baltimore School of Law. A December wedding is planned.
