AARON J ADLER Burlington — Aaron Jacob Adler, 66 died at his residence Tuesday morning at 1:30 o'clock following several months of failing health. Husband of Mrs. Fannie Nachomson Adler, he was born in Latvia, the son of Max and Mrs. Nancy Patricia Adler. He was proprietor of Adler's Dress Shop. Funeral arrangements are incomplete, but Rabbi Sincoff of Orthodox Jewish Synagogue of Greensboro, of which Mr. Adler was a member, will officiate. Interment will be in the Jewish Cemetery of Greensboro. Surviving in addition to his widow are three daughters, Mrs. Lawrence Diamond of Pinetops, Mrs. Hilda Guyes of Burlington and Mrs. Louis Bloom of Union, S.C.; two sons B.W. Adler of Asheboro and M.L. Adler of Morganton; two sisters Mrs. Raleigh Hirschfield of Baltimore, Md., and Mrs. Ada Silverstein of Baltimore; three brothers, Phillip Adler of Tarboro, Abraham Adler of Plymouth and Samuel Adler of Morehead City; and three grandchildren.

In Memory Of MRS RUTH ROBINSON ADLER Morganton, NC ... Mrs. Ruth Robinson Adler, 79, of Morganton, died May 29, 1993. She and her husband, the late Moses L. Adler, owned and operated the Betty Lou Shop in Morganton. She was a member and Past President oi the Doe’s of the B.P.O.E., and was a member of the Eastern Star. She was a member of the Hickory Jewish Center. Surviving are a son Dr. Barry Adler of Chapel Hill, NC; a daughter, Mrs. Wayne (Nancy) Laughter of Charlotte, NC; a brother, Hermon Robinson of California; two sisters, Mrs. Faith Kaplan of Valdese, NC and Mrs. Florence Thaler of New Jersey; granddaughters, Amy and Julie Laughter, and grandsons, Brian and Davis Adler. Funeral services were held May 31, 1993, in Morganton, with burial following in Catawba Memorial Park, Hickory, NC. Memorial contributions may be made to Temple Beth Shalom, Hickory Jewish Center, P.O. Box 9142, Hickory, NC 28603, or the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1058, Morganton, NC 28655.
