SALSBURY, David Lewis - passed away in San Francisco, May 17, 1991, of AIDS; he is survived by his parents, Dr & Mrs. Jason M. Salsbury of Boca Raton, FL; his brother Michael Salsbury of Baltimore, MD; sister-in-law Donna Triptow; his nephews Matthew, Aaron and Stephen Salsbury; and many, many friends in the Bay Area; he was born in Stamford, CT, March 26, 1947; he graduated from Rippowam High School in Stamford in 1964, and from Darthmouth College, a Phi Beta Kappa, in 1968; he earned a Masters Degree in Mathematics from Berkeley. David loved life and a good time, and passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends. Plans for a Memorial Service are still pending.
