The Markow Family Tree

As most of the confirmed Markoff siblings were from New York, and by each one's tombstone the father is Chaim, it seems likely that this Abraham is the correct sibling. There is a Abraham or Abram Markoff in the 1910 Census, whose age of 51 roughly matches the tombstone. There is also a tombstone for Rebecca Markoff, also age 50 and in the same cemetery and of similar style to Abrahams. The hebrew name of Rivka correponds to Rebecca on the tombstone and Leah can correspond Lena on the census if that is what she went by. In 1910 the children are listed as 11,13 and 16. There is also a Abram and Lena Marko in the NY 1925 State census, both listed as 65, and Abram's profession is the same as the 1910 Census, so it is likely the same person. The only discrepancy is that Rebecca died in 1928 listed as age 65, but this could be either poor record keeping or they weren't sure of the birthdate as it kept changing.
