Source	Obituaries Citation details: The Item (Sumter, South Carolina) Date of entry in original source: June 26, 1929 (Sivan 18, 5689) Text: DEATH OF A CHILD Rae Bertha Rady, 12-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Rady, died at her home on Peach street at 11:30 o’clock this morning, following an illness of several months. The funeral services will be held at the late residence Thursday afternoon at 3:30 o’clock and will be conducted by Dr. Raison of Charleston. Interment will be made in the Jewish Cemetery. The little girl was a member of the fourth grade of the Sumter grammar schools up until the time of her illness. She was bright and cheerful throughout her illness and her untimely end brings great sorrow to the many friends of the bereaved couple.
