BERNSTEIN On January 1, 1984, MAXWELL, beloved husband of Anne Bernstein (nee Kurlander), devoted father of Miss Barbara Bernstein of Columbia, Mrs. Toba Thaman of Baltimore, beloved brother of Morris, Joseph and Henry Bernstein of Baltimore and the late Samuel Bernstein and Miriam Schafer. Also survived by three grandchildren Mindy, Jamie and Stacy Thaman. Services at Sol Levinson & Bros. Home, 6010 Reisterstown road, on Tuesday, January 3, at 1 P.M. Interment in Moses Montifiore Woodmoor Hebrew Congregation, Washington boulevard. Please omit flowers. In mourning at 6532 Copperfield road (21209).
