Miss Phyllis Beber Married To Harry Frohman In Ceremony Here.
Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Beber, of Gastonia, announce the marriage of their daughter, Phyllis Ann, to Harry Frohman, of Charlotte, on Thursday morning at the Hebrew United Brotherhood Temple in Charlotte.
The ceremony was solemnzied yesterday morning at 9 o'clock in the presence of members of the two families and a few close friends. The bride was lovely in a Lavin model fashioned of petal pink crepe with which she wore brown accessories and a shoulder spray of brown orchids.
Immeditaely following the marriage members of the immediate families were entertained at an elaborate wedding breakfast at the Hotel Charlotte.
Mrs. Frohman is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Beber, who are originally from Detroit, Mich., but who recently went to Gastonia from Charlotte, and are making their home at the Armington hotel. She is an accomplished dancer, having studied with Jack Manning in New York city and at the Henderson school in Charlotte, and has done professional work.
Mr. Frohman is a son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Frohman, who formerly made their home in Gastonia, but are now living in Charlotte. He is connected in business I with his father at the Precision Gear company, Charlotte.
Following the breakfast Mr. and Mrs. Frohman left for New York, from which port they will sail on the Monarch of Bermuda for a two-weeks' stay in Bermuda. Upon their return they will be at home in Charlotte. |
