Services for Jack J. Jacobs, 91, of Rancho Mirage will be at 1 p.m. today at Wiefels and Son Chapel in Palm Springs.
Mr. Jacobs, a native of Murietta, Ga., died Saturday at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage.
He was the owner of a real estate business.
Survivors include his wife, Rena Jacobs of Rancho Mirage; two sons, Martin Jacobs and Stanley Jacobs, both of Rancho Mirage; a sister, Sylvia Sarvas of Rancho Mirage; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests donations to the City of Hope, 68-805 Perez Road, Suite C, Cathedral City, CA 92234. Burial will be in Desert Memorial Park in Cathedral City. |

Rena Jacobs, 96, of Palm Desert died Sept. 18, 2000, in Palm Desert.
She was born March 12, 1904, in Washington, D.C.
Jacobs was a homemaker for 78 years and supported the City of Hope.
She is survived by two sons, Martin of La Quinta and Stanley of Rancho Mirage; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack.
Services will be held at 1 1 a.m. today at Palm Springs Mortuary in Cathedral City.
Burial will be in Desert Memorial Park with Palm Springs Mortuary in charge of arrangements. |
