Jack Jacobs, 91, owner of real estate business Services for Jack J. Jacobs, 91, of Rancho Mirage will be at 1 p.m. today at Wiefels and Son Chapel in Palm Springs. Mr. Jacobs, a native of Murietta, Ga., died Saturday at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage. He was the owner of a real estate business. Survivors include his wife, Rena Jacobs of Rancho Mirage; two sons, Martin Jacobs and Stanley Jacobs, both of Rancho Mirage; a sister, Sylvia Sarvas of Rancho Mirage; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. The family suggests donations to the City of Hope, 68-805 Perez Road, Suite C, Cathedral City, CA 92234. Burial will be in Desert Memorial Park in Cathedral City.

Martin Jacobs Martin Jacobs, 73, of La Quinta, died Sept. 26, 2000, at home. He was born Jan. 16, 1927, to Jack J. and Rena Greenberg Jacobs in Long Beach. He was a self-employed investor for 20 years, and served in the Army from 1955 to 1957. He belonged to B'nai-Brith and the Antique Car Club. He is survived by his wife, Margo Ann of La Quinta; two daughters, Sandra Bird of Sacramento and Susan Fredregill of Lake Arrowhead; his son, Greg of Rancho Cucamonga; his brother, Stanley of Rancho Mirage; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. today, followed by a service at 2 p.m. at Palm Springs Mortuary in Cathedral City. Arrangements are private and under the direction of Palm Springs Mortuary, Cathedral City.
